Thomas graduated with honors from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2016. While attending law school, Thomas served as Managing Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law, and his comment on the political crisis in Ukraine and Crimea was selected for publication in the Journal.
Thomas also completed internships at the Harris County District Attorney's Office, and in the chambers of Judge Lynn N. Hughes in the Southern District of Texas.
Before joining Zabel Freeman, Thomas worked in private practice for Barsalou & Associates, PLLC, representing property owners’ associations. This work included representation in state court litigation and federal bankruptcy proceedings, along with corporate advice to homeowners’ and condominium associations.
Thomas lives in Houston, Texas, with his wife, Leena, and their two children, Celeste and Lucas.
